The MapFrame Team The MapFrame Team is made up of individuals who believe the best approach to what we do is a customer-centric approach. Our team members come from all backgrounds, but share a common zest for innovative, powerful technology and organization-enhancing solutions. As of February 2008, MapFrame has over 40 employees working on Software Development, Sales& Marketing, Client Services and Administration & Accounting.
Paul Wilson is MapFrame’s founder, president and chief technologist. Paul’s involvement in GIS technology dates back to 1975, when he developed one of the country’s first large GIS databases for the San Francisco Association of Bay Area Governments. He later founded Geogroup, a Berkeley-based software company specializing in desktop mapping for utilities and government agencies. After selling Geogroup, he founded MapFrame in 1991, intent on extending mapping capabilities out of the office into the field. Paul currently oversees MapFrame’s overall corporate growth and development activities. He guides software development and heads special technical initiatives. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree from the University of Mississippi. Ted Eynon – Vice President, Sales & Marketing Ted Eynon joined MapFrame in 2000 with the purpose of growing MapFrame from a custom software company to a product based software delivery organization. As Vice President, Sales and Marketing, he is responsible for all revenue growth and overall market direction. He also oversees strategic alliances with system integrators, re-sellers, hardware vendors and complimentary software solutions. Ted began his career in utility based field services for Heath Consultants based in Houston, Texas. He spent 16 years with Heath Consultants in a variety of positions and finished his career at Heath as the General Manager in charge of the services business unit. As General Manager he was responsible for all sales, marketing and operations including profit and loss responsibility for 350 employees. Before assuming the General Manager position, Ted served as Heath’s Director of Sales and Marketing. Don Breitweiser – VP, Client Services Don Breitweiser’s career in technology spans more than 25 years, from Data Center management, to corporate IT planning, to client account management for a major utility software vendor. In January 2002, he joined MapFrame to oversee project delivery and ensure overall client satisfaction. Don leads the company's project management team and is responsible for quality, consistency, and project control in all aspects of customer delivery. Glenn Coombs – Director, Accting & Admin Glenn joined MapFrame in December 2002 bringing with him 6 years experience in the energy business. Glenn directed the overall strategy of Damage Prevention Division at Heath Consultants Inc. from 1996-2002, and implemented the project accounting system at Advantica, Inc. in 2002. Today at MapFrame he is responsible for all company accounting procedures and policies including software licensing agreements and service agreements with MapFrame clients. Glenn received his BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and his MBA from SMU in Dallas, TX. |
